How much is the diagnostic & repair cost?
The diagnostic fee is $85, which will be waived when you proceed with the repair.
How long does it take to repair my appliance?
It depends on part availability. We carry many common parts in our trucks or source them from local suppliers. For major repairs, parts may need to be picked up from the supplier or ordered.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a 90-day parts and labor warranty on repairs. Cleaning services are excluded. Some repairs may carry up to a one-year warranty; ask about the coverage for your specific repair.
Does the labor price include a second visit?
Yes. The approved labor price includes a second visit or other return trips needed to complete the agreed repair. Our technicians cannot carry every part for every appliance model, so some parts must be sourced or ordered after diagnosis. Labor covers the complete repair process across those visits, not just the first visit, and is not charged separately for each trip. Parts are quoted separately. Any additional work outside the agreed repair is discussed and approved before proceeding.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks, credit cards, cash, Apple Pay, Venmo and Zelle. We explain any allowed credit-card fee before you pay. It will not exceed card-network limits or our processing cost. No extra fee applies to debit or prepaid cards.
